Round-trip coach airfare allowance for two between media station market and San Juan, PR are included in this program. Approximately three weeks before the flight, Escapes Reward Qualifiers will receive a pre-trip confirmation letter with flight details and record locator number. Flights will be planned by your Escapes Travel Headquarters Concierge (surcharges/fare differences for upgrades or deviations will be assessed directly to the qualifier).t.

Passports

You do not need your passport while in Puerto Rico, however, you will need a driver’s license or government issued photo ID for airport security. U.S. citizens who travel directly between parts of the United States, which includes Puerto Rico, without touching at a foreign port or place, are not required to present a valid U.S. Passport or U.S. Green Card.

Rules and Regulations

The trip is for the internal company use of the media station’s advertisers or affiliates and cannot be transferred to any other party. The trip will commence and end in the media station home market. If qualifiers must leave from another city, Escape Travel Headquarters should be notified immediately. All flight deviations will be planned by your Escape Travel Headquarters Concierge and surcharges/fare differences will be assessed directly to the qualifier. Please refer to the transportation section for more details. All accommodations are on a double/shared basis.

Qualification deadline is December 31, 2021, and travel must be completed by June 30, 2022. Black-out dates include: Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Year’s week, Spring Break, Easter week-end, Memorial Day week-end, 4th of July, and Labor Day. 60 day advance notice is required to travel.

Final trip documents will be sent approximately three weeks prior to the departure date. This pre-trip packet will include:

What to Pack

Comfortable attire is recommended for the flight. Be sure to pack “resort casual” clothes.  Casual dress is appropriate in San Juan throughout the year. Bathing suits are acceptable only on the beach, pool and poolside dining, not in restaurants.
